As Attorney General, Jason Miyares has secured some of the largest settlements in Virginia history against bad corporate actors. Miyares has secured over approximately $1 billion from groups like Janssen/Johnson & Johnson, McKesson, Cardinal Health, AmerisourceBergen, CVS, Walgreens and Kroger

He has worked with the opioid abatement authority to send this money back to the communities to give help to those who need the most. By holding bad corporate acts accountable, he is able to support rehabilitation treatment and education for struggling Virginia communities.
